These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products or custom-engineered solutions provided by Anthenn Technology Ltd  (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Anthenn Technology Ltd  provides electromechanical solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom cable design and harnessing.
• Distribution of catalog electromechanical parts.
• Engineering support, prototyping (3D printing, CNC), and mass production.
• Logistical support and turnkey assembly.

2. QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS

• Accuracy of Specifications: For custom orders, the Client is responsible for providing accurate technical specifications, drawings, and “production files.” Anthenn Technology Ltd is not liable for defects resulting from errors in client-provided designs.
• Acceptance: A quotation is not a binding contract until Anthenn Technology Ltd  issues an Order Confirmation or begins performance.
• Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive for short delivery times, Anthenn Technology Ltd  is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, global supply chain issues, or customs.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Company IP: All content on www.anthenn-tech.com, including logos, text, and proprietary engineering methodologies, is the property of Anthenn Technology Ltd.
• Client IP: Clients retain ownership of their proprietary designs provided to us for manufacturing.
• Engineering Added Value: Any improvements or modifications made by Anthenn Technology Ltd  to a design during the “added value” process remain the intellectual property of Anthenn Technology Ltd  unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payments must be made according to the terms specified on the Invoice (e.g., Net 30, or deposit required for custom tooling).
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend production or delivery if accounts are past due.

5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

• Standard Warranty: We warrant that products will meet the agreed-upon specifications at the time of delivery. Due to the nature of electromechanical parts, the warranty period is [e.g., 3 months] unless otherwise stated.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthenn Technology Ltd  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or “down-time” in a production line) arising out of the use of our parts or services.
• Total Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific order in question.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & USE

• Our components are often used in critical industries. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the final application of any , Anthenn Technology Ltd component complies with all industry-specific safety and regulatory requirements.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or cease services if these Terms are violated, or if the Client engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
